Six years of intensive household case management on Chicago's South Side under the personal mentorship of the late Dr. Leon Finney Jr. — my pastor, employer, and godfather. Carried a continuous caseload of 105 families, walking public-housing residents from crisis-mode dependency to long-term housing stability, sustained employment, and educational re-enrollment.
